Land Leveller
The Land Leveller is the primary land preparation implement used to grade, smooth, and level agricultural field surfaces — eliminating surface undulations, filling low spots, and creating the uniform, accurately graded field surface that is the foundational requirement for efficient surface irrigation, uniform water distribution, effective field drainage, and consistent crop establishment across the entire field area. Poor land levelling is one of the most significant and underappreciated causes of yield loss and water use inefficiency in irrigated agriculture — fields with surface irregularities of even 50-100mm experience dramatic variation in irrigation water distribution, germination uniformity, and crop stand density. Imperial World Trade supplies land levellers from simple fixed-blade drag levellers through to laser-controlled precision grading systems.
- Fixed Blade Drag Levellers: Simple, robust, heavy-duty steel blade levellers for rough initial grading and levelling of newly prepared or post-land-development field surfaces.
- Adjustable Blade Angle: Hydraulically adjustable blade pitch allowing the operator to vary cutting aggressiveness and soil carry distance to match field levelling requirements.
- Scraper Bowl Capacity: Large-capacity soil-carrying bowl on self-loading scraper leveller models allows soil to be cut, carried, and deposited to fill low spots across the field.
- Laser Control Compatibility: Hydraulic control system on premium models compatible with laser receiver and grade control systems for precision GPS or laser-guided field levelling.
- Heavy-Duty Frame: High-tensile structural steel frame and cutting blade construction withstanding the high draught forces and abrasive conditions of primary land levelling operations.
- Three-Point & Tow Hitch: Available in three-point linkage mounted and drawbar tow configurations to suit different tractor hydraulic system capacities and field levelling scale requirements.
Imperial World Trade supplies land levellers matched to the scale of your land development or field maintenance operation — from simple drag blades for small-holder field maintenance through to high-capacity laser-guided levelling systems for large-scale irrigation scheme land preparation — with full technical specifications and tractor compatibility data provided before supply.
